1. Account Setup

We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.

3. Payment Information

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. 4. Backups, Data Loss, Customer Responsibility

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. Baltic Servers is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on servers. In case the customer colocates their own hardware, Baltic Servers reserves the right to utilize the hardware after services had been expired for 30 days. During this time it is the customer's resposibility to retrieve the hardware.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel services at any time. reserves the right to cancel the account at any time. gives you an no-questions-asked 30 day money back guarantee on managed virtual dedicated server hosting or shared hosting. Payment made for domain registration, WHOIS protection, SSL certificates and custom dedicated individual servers will not be refunded. Creating a dispute in PayPal resolution center will only make your refund blocked for a period of 20 days as we do not respond to disputesWe will refund all customers in a peaceful matter so all clients can receive their money quicker. Refund will be made within 10 days. Accounts cancelled/terminated by do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee.

6. Bandwidth Fair Use Rule

You are allocated bandwidth resources. Those resources vary depending on the services package you purchase. Should your account pass fair-use rule (permanently using more than 20% assigned bandwidth and/or abuse network), we reserve the right to set limits the account until the start of the next allocation or until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee.

Unlimited Fair Use of Resources for Shared Hosting Subscribers does not set any arbitrary limits on resource usage for the shared hosting service subscriber including (but not limited to) bandwidth and disk space, as long as the service is explicitly used for shared hosting and the subscriber is not taking a disproportional stake of resources thus harming the quality experience of other subscribers. will make any commercially reasonable effort to provide its subscribers with additional resources to run their web sites successfully, as long as the subscriber's use of the service complies with the Terms of Service. In the case of unfair resource usage, reserve the right to automatically set limits on the subscriber account.

8. Price Change reserve the right to change prices listed on, and the right to change the amount of resources given to plans at any time. Contract pricing customers will not be affected by any price change throughout the contract period. The amount you pay for hosting will never increase from the date of purchase.

9. Uptime Guarantee

Balticservers strives to maintain a 99.9% network and server uptime service level. This uptime percentage is a monthly figure, and is calculated solely by Balticservers monitoring systems authorized/contracted outside monitoring services. If Balticservers fails to meet its 99.9% uptime guarantee, and it is not due to one of the exceptions below, credits will be made available to client, upon request, on a case by case basis. Balticservers does not credit a full month's service for minor downtime. This would not be financially healthy for Balticservers, and in turn would only negatively affect the service level Balticservers provides to you. "Partial refunds for partial downtime" is our standard policy. In extreme circumstances, Balticservers may distribute full month credits, but this is dealt with on a case by case basis. Credits are issued for one month’s service only, never more.

10. Changes to the TOS

Changes to the TOS reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. The customer will be notified in advance about any such changes in 30 (thirty) days before any such changes become effective.
